Stanley 1913 Uses Artificial Intelligence in Supply Chain with Kinaxis Maestro

Stanley 1913, a food and beverage products manufacturer founded in 1913 that produces popular beverage containers, has begun using the Maestro platform provided by Kinaxis to enhance its supply chain operations. Through this partnership, Stanley 1913 is integrating artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies to anticipate supply chain disruptions and prevent such delays.

Kinaxis's Maestro platform provides Stanley 1913 with the ability to identify supply chain bottlenecks in real time and quickly generate solutions. According to Kinaxis's October 28, 2024 press release, through the Maestro platform, Stanley 1913 will be able to view every stage of its supply chain comprehensively and thereby develop robust scenario planning to support sustainable growth.

Karthik Sivakumar, Vice President of Supply Chain and Operations at Stanley 1913, stated in the press release, "By leveraging advanced predictive analytics, machine learning, and artificial intelligence, we have increased end-to-end visibility of our supply chain. This enables us to conduct robust scenario planning that will facilitate sustainable growth." He also noted that this supply chain solution will help Stanley 1913 keep its carbon footprint to a minimum.

Kinaxis introduced the Maestro platform at the Kinexions 2024 event at the beginning of the year. Maestro eliminates supply chain planning silos by drawing data from the entire supply chain ecosystem, including procurement, manufacturing, planning, and fulfillment. This allows companies to see their supply chains in real time. John Sicard, President and CEO of Kinaxis, said during the second quarter earnings call in August, "Maestro is an AI-powered supply chain orchestration platform that delivers complete real-time transparency and agility across the entire supply chain. It manages everything from multi-year planning horizons to second-by-second factory execution and last-mile delivery."

Stanley 1913's adoption of the Kinaxis Maestro platform demonstrates the company's commitment to digital transformation in supply chain management and the effective use of technology. This move will support Stanley's growth in market share while also enhancing operational efficiency and sustainability objectives.
