Iraq and Pakistan strike Iran transit deals to move oil and LNG through Hormuz. Iraq and Pakistan have secured bilateral transit agreements with Iran to ship oil and LNG from the Gulf region.
In the same period, UK deploys HMS Dragon + Typhoons + £115M fund to Strait of Hormuz. Following a 40+ country defence ministers meeting co-chaired by the UK and France, the UK is redirecting HMS Dragon from the Eastern Mediterranean to the Strait of Hormuz; Eurofighter Typhoons, autonomous mine-clearance drones, anti-drone systems and a £115M fund are activated.
