GXO Logistics is deploying "Digit," a bipedal humanoid robot manufactured by Agility Robotics, at a distribution center supporting Spanx. The robots will collaborate with autonomous mobile robots (AMR) to perform repetitive tasks, transferring boxes from robots to conveyor belts. The robots will be managed through Agility Arc, a cloud automation platform. This new application aims to reduce worker burden while optimizing operations. GXO is implementing the robots under a service-based model.
