Additionally, recycling and black mass (recovery of valuable metals from battery waste) initiatives balance raw material costs while establishing a sustainable circular economy model.


For quality assurance, in-line metrology, machine vision, and digital thread solutions are deployed. These systems detect quality deviations in real time, reducing the need for rework. Additionally, predictive maintenance applications identify potential equipment failures in advance, minimizing production downtime.


On the logistics side, milk-run and kanban arrangements established with suppliers surrounding the facility support JIT (Just-in-Time) and JIS (Just-in-Sequence) flows. This model reduces inventory costs while ensuring continuous and balanced material flow to the production line.
