Ford Otosan has achieved significant success in agile management systems. It became the first Turkish automotive manufacturing company to receive the "4-Star Organization" certification from the Business Agility Institute, which evaluates the agility levels of companies on a global scale.

Ford Otosan's agility level placed it in the top 11 percent among 1,800 companies evaluated on a global scale, making it the highest-scoring automotive manufacturer in the region.
\nThe company focused on four main areas in its agile transformation journey: organizational and cultural transformation, change management, and the transformation of business practices. Throughout this process, agile working methods were fully implemented across the entire value chain.
\nFord Otosan's Head of Human Resources and Transformation, Başak Akyol, noted that agile transformation not only increased operational efficiency but also delivered significant improvements in customer satisfaction and process improvements.
