CEVA Logistics has announced the formal acquisition of a 100% stake in Borusan Supply Chain Solutions and Technology Company, significantly expanding its Turkish presence. This company serves as the legal entity behind Borusan Lojistik, one of Türkiye's most recognized local logistics operators. The transaction, valued at $383 million, has now closed following receipt of all necessary regulatory approvals.

The sale structure comprised two principal shareholders:

  • Borusan Holding → 69.47%

  • Borusan Yatırım → 30.53%

Borusan Port operations will remain with Borusan Holding.
Additionally, CEVA has assumed control of Borusan Lojistik's overseas affiliates and the eTA and Bukoli brands in Türkiye as part of the acquisition.

Türkiye Now CEVA's Third-Largest Country by Revenue

CEVA Logistics CEO Mathieu Friedberg emphasized that Türkiye has become one of the group's priority markets due to its rapidly growing economy and strategic location:

"With this acquisition, Türkiye has become CEVA's third-largest country by revenue."

Türkiye's critical bridging role on the India–Middle East–Europe corridor positions the country as a key logistics hub in CEVA's expansion strategy.

CEVA's Turkish Operations Now Operating at Significantly Greater Scale

Following the acquisition, CEVA Logistics has dramatically increased its logistics capacity in Türkiye:

Warehousing and Contract Logistics
  • Total managed area: 1,190,000 m²
This positions CEVA among Türkiye's largest contract logistics providers.

Road Transportation
  • Annual FTL (full truckload) transportation volume of approximately 1 million

  • Borusan Lojistik's robust LTL (less-than-truckload) network significantly expands CEVA's Türkiye–Europe connections.

FVL – Finished Vehicle Logistics

CEVA will now be among the leading players in finished-vehicle logistics in Türkiye.

Air and Sea Freight

Borusan Lojistik's existing networks will strengthen CEVA's global air-sea freight capacity from Turkish origins.

Post-Acquisition Process: Integration and Rebranding

Following the closing, CEVA Logistics will commence integration and rebranding operations. This process aims to bring Borusan Lojistik operations under the CEVA banner while creating greater synergies under a single brand.

Through this merger, CEVA becomes a:

  • 3PL leader,

  • major local distribution player for high-volume operations,

  • strong e-commerce logistics supporter,

  • principal operator of Europe-connected multimodal transportation
    in Türkiye.
