Honeywell announced the sale of its Productivity Solutions and Services (PSS) business — the backbone of warehouse and distribution operations — to Brady Corporation for $1.4 billion. The unit generated about $1.1 billion in revenue in 2025.
The PSS portfolio includes critical daily warehouse equipment such as barcode scanners, mobile industrial computers and label printers. Wisconsin-based Brady, known for industrial labels and safety signs, aims to add mobile scanning hardware through this acquisition to build an integrated offering for warehouse and logistics customers.
The deal is viewed as a final step in Honeywell's plan to split its Aerospace and Automation businesses into two independent public companies in 2026. CEO Vimal Kapur also said the company is reviewing options for its Warehouse and Workflow Solutions unit, which includes Intelligrated and Transnorm brands.
