FourKites has introduced its Intelligent Control Tower™ platform to advance supply chain operations. A core feature of the platform is FourKites' extensive supply chain data network, which tracks more than 3.2 million shipments daily across more than 200 countries. FourKites joined the Scheduling Standards Consortium (SSC) in May 2024, becoming the first real-time visibility platform to do so. The consortium aims to enhance the efficiency of supply chain technology. SSC comprises members including Arrive Logistics, BlueYonder, Coyote Logistics, DHL, e2open, Echo, J.B. Hunt Transport, Lineage, Mastery, One Network Enterprises, Oracle, Ryder, TI NTG, Uber Freight, Werner, and Worldwide Express. ​


The SSC was established in 2022 by J.B. Hunt and Uber Freight to develop the first global appointment scheduling standard in API format. The standard was scheduled to launch on October 2, 2023, enabling carriers to communicate through a single interface.


FourKites introduced Fin AI, a new natural language interface, in September 2023. This interface helps customers uncover hidden insights. Fin AI provides insights from FourKites' extensive data network, enabling customers to analyze the impact of supply chain disruptions and quickly identify and act on affected shipments.​


Additionally, FourKites launched a new Inbound Visibility solution in November 2023 to manage inbound orders and shipments across all modes. This solution enables users to analyze real-time data throughout the entire order lifecycle, aiming to enhance companies' ability to accurately manage all inbound shipments and orders. ​


FourKites made several improvements to its Dynamic Ocean ocean visibility solution in February 2024. These new features aim to help users mitigate disruptions and reduce preventable detention and demurrage fees. Dynamic Ocean delivers end-to-end real-time tracking with advanced document management capabilities, collaboration features, and reservation support. ​
