Özdilek Holding has broken ground on the $45 million Özdilekteyim Logistics Centre investment in Bursa. The project will be completed in 2027 and create 300 jobs.
Özdilek Holding laid the foundation in Bursa for a major logistics investment that will strengthen its e-commerce operations. The Özdilekteyim Logistics Centre ground-breaking ceremony was attended by board members, senior executives and operations teams. Emir Murat Özdilek shared notable data on the global and Turkish e-commerce markets in his opening remarks.
Özdilek noted that the global retail sector has reached $30 trillion in size, with about 27% from e-commerce; the figure stands at around 20% in Türkiye. Highlighting that the share rises every year, Özdilek said sustained presence in retail depends on a strong e-commerce backbone.
